Welcome to bizlawcraft, the trusted provider of professional legal service for dispute prevention, notices, and policy tuning under the domain bizlawcraft.biz. These terms govern all engagements, purchases of info products, and goods.
1. Scope of Services
We offer three categories of deliverables:
- Professional Services
- Info Products
- Goods
2. Professional Services
Our expert team provides tailored guidance on dispute avoidance, formal notices, and policy optimization. Each engagement is governed by a custom agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and obligations.
2.1 Scheduling and Changes
Clients may request to reschedule a service at least 5 days prior to the original appointment. Late change requests or no-shows may incur a non-reversible fee due to time allocation.
2.2 Reimbursement and Refund Policy
Clients may apply for a refund or reimbursement up to 7 days following the date of the signed agreement, provided no substantive work has commenced. All approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Services that explicitly state no refund are due to the bespoke nature of the analysis and dedicated resource commitment. Such no-refund clauses will be clearly highlighted in the service agreement.
3. Info Products
Digital guides, templates, and recorded sessions are delivered electronically upon purchase.
3.1 Refund Policy
Buyers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the material has not been substantially accessed, downloaded, or shared. To request a refund, please use our contact form. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
All sales are final after this period due to immediate digital access.
4. Goods
Physical items, such as printed resources or branded materials, are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
4.1 Shipping and Delivery
Standard transit times apply. Address changes must be submitted prior to dispatch.
4.2 Refund Policy
Unused goods in original, unaltered packaging may be sent back within 30 days of shipment date. Once received in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund within 14 calendar days via the original payment method. Shipping costs for sending goods back are the responsibility of the client.
Damaged items or custom-printed materials are excluded from refunds due to production commitments.
